ABOUT SAVEFORGE
A save editor with the context to use it safely
SaveForge is an independent web utility that helps people understand what they are changing, edit a supported save, and retain a clear recovery path—not merely convert a file.

Who runs it, and why?
SaveForge is developed and operated by Rululu-Studio. It was created to reduce the need for unverified executables or blind hex editing when working with binary saves.
The project currently focuses on Palworld WorldOption.sav so its scope stays explicit and testable. SaveForge is an independent fan-made utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pocketpair or Palworld.
How are the tool and content checked?
Setting descriptions are checked first against official Palworld dedicated-server documentation and compared with properties the editor actually exposes. Container compression, GVAS parsing, and property serialization are kept separate from the UI.
- The included fixture is decoded and re-encoded to compare JSON and binary round trips.
- The UI flow checks upload, edit, download, and re-upload.
- After game updates, unknown compatibility is disclosed instead of assumed.
- Guides show a review date and link to primary documentation.
What SaveForge does not do
SaveForge does not repair corrupted worlds, edit Level.sav or player data, convert game versions, or remotely connect to servers. It does not collect uploads in user accounts or publish them as content.
Every save edit carries risk. Back up the entire world directory and replace files only while the server is stopped.
